Amy’s basket is based on a family heirloom from the mountains of North Carolina. 

• The base of the basket measurers 9.5” x 9.5” and the height to the rim is 8”, the height to the top of the handle is 14”.
• Basketry reed was used to create this basket.
• It has a beautiful braided handle and the rim is double lashed.
• The stain used was made from local black walnuts and a protective coat of linseed oil was added.

The basket is meant to be used and enjoyed as it too becomes an heirloom.
